Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. In such cases, the shipping company may contact you and, once your products have passed through customs, provide you with information on the costs. Please be aware that this may delay delivery times. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary taxes to local authorities and for the clearance of goods held in customs. Delivery times are indicative and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment transaction authorization and/or stock availability.

Customs duties or import charges on products are collected once the package has reached the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, NARSISUS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what these costs might be in advance, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer assumes full responsibility for all shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a package due to customs or import taxes. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
