RETURN POLICY

Returned Products


Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such, we handle each request on an individual basis to the best of our ability. Although we hope you are satisfied with your order, if you are not completely happy with the goods, you have 14 days from the receipt of the order to request a full refund or an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties, fees, or return and shipping expenses. Refunds will also be based on the price paid, not the exchange rate at the time of the refund. To return or exchange items, contact us at info@narsisus.com with your order number, specifying whether it is a return or an exchange, and we will provide further instructions. Items cannot be returned or exchanged during Black Friday, with discounts equal to or greater than 50%, and during special promotions.


Returning Products


Send an email to inform us of the return of the ordered products. Place the items back into the original shipping box. After contacting us and providing the order number, we will ask for the reason for the return and will send you a shipping label. Include the original or a copy of the receipt attached to your order. Seal the box securely. Send the package using the shipping method suggested by NARSISUS or alternatively one of your choice. Please note that items on sale for non-profit projects cannot be exchanged or returned. We recommend sending the goods back within 7 days of the return request and providing proof of shipment to ensure we receive the package within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages during transport. Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days.

Before your package leaves our warehouse, it is thoroughly inspected by our packing team. If an item is deemed defective and has been received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, as we can offer alternatives such as exchanges and/or repairs.


Exchanges


Purchased items may be exchanged for different sizes and colors. Exchanges are processed only upon receipt of the returned goods and are subject to stock availability. Shipping for exchanges is at your expense. If you are interested in a different style, return the items and proceed to purchase a different product at www.narsisus.com. Products cannot be exchanged and/or returned during Black Friday.
